'State Street Masters'

The Brief
State Street are a leader in global investment management with over $US1.2 trillion in assets under management. When they required a promotional tool to attract customers to their stand at a financial services conference, we came up with a game to fit the bill.

The Solution
3RD sense developed a short golf game, 'State Street Masters', to be played on a PC on the stand. The game was designed to:

  • Drew potential customers onto the stand, providing a fun, interactive experience
  • Limited game play to 2 minutes to ensure play by the maximum number of customers
  • Incorporated a prize competition which facilitated the capture of potential customer data


The Results
State Street reported excellent visitors numbers to the stand and high levels of customer interest. Visitors who played the game were more likely to engage in conversation with State Street sales representatives

The game created a lot of verbal referals with visitors encouraging others to visit the State Street stand.
